are. The entrance to Lone Star is an authentic roadhouse
theme and they serve some of the best hand-cut fresh
steaks. The menus here at Lone Star have "Texas size"
portions of food. Today, there are 141 different Lone
Star restaurants and they are all open seven days a week
so everyone can get a taste of the Texas Hospitality.
On the menu at Lone Star
you can find some Texas Teasers which include Texas
Rose, Crab Topped Shrimp Scampi, Wild Fire Shrimp,
Chicken Tenders, Amarillo Cheese Fries, Lone Star Skins,
Texas Tornado Wings, and Spicy Spinach & Artichoke Dip.
For the Hand Cut & Mesquite Grilled Steaks they have San
Antonio Sirloin, New York Strip, Chopped Steak,
Delmonico, Texas Ribeye, Cajun Ribeye, Five Star Filet
Mignon, Filet Mignon Medallions, and Garlic Lover's
Medallions. The Steak Combos include Crab Topped Shrimp
Scampi, Grilled Shrimp, Fried Shrimp, Sweet Bourbon
Salmon, BBQ Chicken, Texas Trio, or the Garlic Lover's
Medallions & Shrimp can be combine with a steak of your
choice as well as to side items. The Texas Style
Specialties are Baby Back Ribs, Grilled Pork Chops,
Sidewinder Chicken, and Grilled Chicken. They have
Texas-Size which include 14 oz Texas size Ribeye, 16 oz
Texas Size Sirloin, and 20 oz Porterhouse. They also
have Homemade Soups and Chili which are Lone Star Steak
Soup, Chicken Pot Pie Soup, and Award Winning Lone Star
Chili. As far as salads they have Steakhouse Salad,
Portobello Sirloin Salad, Cobb Salad, El Paso Salad, and
Caesar Salad. Seafood includes Sweet Bourbon Salmon,
Shrimp with Lobster Sauce Pasta, Seafood Combo, Mesquite
Grilled Shrimp Dinner, and Fresh Shrimp Dinner. Lone
Star also has some of the best Gourmet Burgers &
Sandwiches which include Swiss & Mushroom Burger, Bacon,
Bleu & Shroom Burger, Texas Melt, Lone Star
Cheeseburger, Sidewinder Chicken Sandwich, Bubba Chicken
Sandwich, and Delmonico Steak Sandwich. Lone Star also
has To-Go orders which are called the Giddy Up N Go
Lunch Values as well as a wide variety of Beverages and
a kids menu.
Lone Star has Private
Dining for groups in what is called their Alamo Room.
This is at no extra cost to book the Alamo Room and is
available for parties, special event, business meeting,
birthdays, anniversaries, or any kind of celebration.
Lone Star also has many specials that go on throughout
the week as well as on Tuesday where two kids eat free
off the kids menu with a purchase of any entree.
