Irish Brew
Pub -Pueblo West
The Irish Brew Pub also
known as the Shamrock Brewing Company is located just
two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention
Center which is right in the heart of Pueblo. This is
half restaurant and half Irish Pub which makes it an
even better place to eat some great food and have a beer
or two. The bar is an antique and gives off a very warm
and inviting feeling. Meeting at the Irish Brew Pub
could be for business or pleasure.
This Irish Pub has its own
brewery as well and they are all about making a great
tasting beer with a traditional style. Some of their
beers however are not in the traditional style and cross
the line with a very tasteful beer with much flavor such
as the American IPA, DPA and Strong Belgian-style beers.
The most important thing to them is that they brew the
kind of beer they want to drink. At this Brewery the
beer is never filtered, this way the flavor remains for
the customers to enjoy.
Here at Shamrock the beer
pours almost non stop. We have a tasting so customers
can stop by and try a small 4 oz sample of each.
Customers can also get a pint or even get a growler to
take home and enjoy later. Our beer is made here in
house and made from premium domestic and imported malted
barley, the choicest hops, water, spices in some fo the
Belgian-style ales and brewer selected yeasts.
On the Lunch/Dinner Menu
are some Starters which include Jumbo Wings, The
Dubliner platter, Asian Shrimp, Irish Nachos, Blue
Cheese Lovers Nachos, World Famous Scotch Eggs, Ale
Steamed Mussels & Clams, Three Cheese Artichoke Spinach
Dip, Irish Slider Trio, and Ale Battered Crispy Chicken
Strips. Soups & Salads include Irish Ale Cheese Soup,
Irish Beef Barley Soup, Crispy Chipotle-Honey Chicken
Salad, Shamrock Cobb, Caesar Salad, Blackened Salmon
Caesar, Chili Rubbed Ahi Tuna, and Pub Salad.
Sandwiches include Half-Pound Angus Burger, Irish Club,
Brewer's Veggie, Buffalo Burger, Traditional Reuben, and
Grilled Basil Pesto Chicken. The Shamrock Specialties
are Corned Beef, Irish Pot Roast Jameson Meat Loaf, Fish
& Chips, Shepherds Pie, and Chicken & Broccoli Pie.
Entrees include S.O.D (Salmon of the Day) Cheddar
Stuffed Airline Chicken, White Marble Farms Pork Chop,
and O'Riley's Ribeye. For Desserts they have Black & Tan
Peanut Butter Brownie, Apple Cobbler a la Mode, White
and Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding with Irish Cream Sauce,
Ice Cream, Porter Ice Cream Float, and Vanilla or
Chocolate Ice Cream.
