Biersch Brewery -Broomfield
It all began with two guys
named Dan Gordon and Dean Biersch who were very
passionate about exceptional beer and delicious food.
Their dream came a reality on July 6, 1988 when their
first brewery restaurant opened in Palo Alto,
California. There are now 27 different locations in 16
different states including Washington D.C. This
exceptional beer and delicious food is now stretching
coast to coast as well as across the Pacific to
Honolulu.
The restaurant has a very
unique style which gives an inviting space for social
gatherings, casual sophisticated dinning, and even
private events for groups from 15 to 500. Gordon Biersch
Brewery Restaurant is committed to only using the
freshest ingredients to make their food taste the
best. There are always changes to the regular menu so be
sure to check back to get a different experience every
time you visit.

Biersch Brewery Restaurant, it starts with Starters such
as Kobe Sliders, Quick Fried Calamari, Homemade Chips,
Gordon Biersch Garlic Fries, Shrimp and Chicken
Potstikers, Crispy Artichoke Hearts, Glazed Chicken
Wings, Blackened Ahi Tuna, Crab and Artichoke Dip, Lump
Crab Cake, Southwest Egg Rolls, Tapas, Chef's Sampler,
and Brewer's Feast. On the Soups & Salads they have
Seafood Cobb Salad, Classic Cobb Salad, Fresh Soup,
Lobster Bisque, Spinach Salad, Ahi Salad, Salmon Caesar
Salad, Chicken Caesar Salad, Grilled chicken Cashew
Salad, and more. They also have Pizza including Classic
Pepperoni, Hawaiian Pizza, Pepperoni & Sausage, Veggie
Pizza, Fresh Mozzarella, Barbecue Chicken, Create Your
Own, and more. For some Sides they have Sweet Ginger
Rice, Sauteed Mushrooms, Grilled Asparagus, Garlic
Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Fruit, Vegetables, Garlic
Spinach, Gorgonzola Wedges, Jasmine Rice, and Coleslaw.
They also have some great tasting steaks and shrimp.
As for the Brewery part
they have some Signature Handcrafted Beers which include
Golden Export, Hefeweizen, Czech Pilsner, Marzen,
Schwarzbier, and Seasonal. They do have a beer sampler
where you can sample all of their fresh brewed beer.
