Steakhouse -Pueblo West
At DJ's Steakhouse their
menu focuses on the largest variety of steaks and exotic
delicacies including buffalo, elk, ostrich, lamb, and
quail. Not only do they have great steaks but also some
of the freshest seafood in town including lobster, King
and snow crab. The house specialty is DJ's famous Prime
Rib. The restaurant is open sic days a week, opening at
4:30 PM until 9:30 PM.
DJ's also has a wide
selection of wine which can be served by the bottle or
even house wine by the carafe. As for the main course,
there are 40 different entrees to choose from and 12
different appetizers and salads. You can't forget
dessert, there is a huge variety of dessert selections
as well. DJ's also holds private party's such as
anniversaries, birthdays, business meetings, and more.
You have to call for a reservation but they are willing
to make sure your next event is perfect. The party's can
be arranged anywhere from 10 AM until 10 PM.
The appetizers on the menu
at DJ's include Oyster Rockefeller, Shrimp Cocktail,
DJ's Oysters on the Half Shell, Escargot, Artichoke
Hearts, DJ's Rocky Mountain Oy-steers, DJ's Wings of
Fire, Fried Veggie Combo, Fried Mushrooms or Zucchini,
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Onion Rings, Calamari Rings.
Salads include Bleu Cheese Crumbles, Dinner Salad,
Caesar Salad, DJ's Steak Salad, and Chef Salad. For
their Beef Entrees they have DJ's Top Sirloin Steak,
DJ's New York Strip, DJ's Ribeye, DJ's Filet Mignon,
T-Bone Steak, DJ's Rocky Mountain Oy-steers, Country
Fried Steak, Chopped Sirloin Steak, and DJ's Tenderloin
K-Bobs. Prime Rib is DJ's signature item and was voted
best in town. For Seafood they have Rocky Mountain
Rainbow Trout, DJ's Halibut Filet, Salmon, Jumbo Shrimp,
DJ's Shrimp Scampi, Snow Crab, DJ's King Crab, and
Lobster. There is also a choice of Steak and Seafood
Combinations. There is some Lamb such as Colorado Lamb,
DJ's Lamb Steak, and Rock of Lamb. Some of the other
House Specialties are Quail, Breast of Chicken, DJ's
Roast Duck, DJ's Baby Back Ribs, Frog Legs, DJ's Rocky
Mountain Mixed Grilled Favorites, and Southern Style
Fried Chicken. Some Exotics are DJ's Ostrich Filet,
Rocky Mountain Elk, and Free Range Buffalo.
