Colorado Steakhouse of Bloomington is a locally owned and operated fine dining establishment nestled into the comfortable enviroment of a Colorado ski lodge. Yes, we are a steakhouse, and our pride is vested in providing Grade A, Choice USDA Beef, but steak alone does not encompas the scope of our ambition. At Colorado Steakhouse we strive to provide our customers with a casual and unique atmosphere cradling a five star dining experience. Changes have occured since the last time you have traveled to Colorado! We have undergone major renovations to our kitchen, nearly tripling our prep and cooking areas. We have also added two new spacious walk-in refrigeration units where we hang our beef which is HAND-CARVED, IN-HOUSE, EVERY DAY! Our lunch and dinner menus have been completely revamped, instilling a classic twist on the ever-popular Chop-House format. We have stacked the deck with exciting new entrees such as: Blue Cheese Stuffed Filets, Soy Grilled Salmon, Three Cheese Torta, and Nicoise Salad.......just to name a few. And yes, we still have our famous Jack Daniels™ Marinated Steaks! Please click on the Menu tab to browse all of our selections, excluding our ever-changing daily specials.
