The
Boulder Cork Restaurant has been open and serving people
since 1969. It is now a renowned dining experiences. The
restaurant is a casual but attentive place to have a
special dinner or even just go and relax with some
friends. They do have banquet facilities for business
dinner for groups up to 150 guests.
The food
at Boulder Cork is known as an impressive display of
creativity and variety. These masterminds come from the
chef, Jim Smailer. Chef Smailer offers steaks, prime
rib, chicken, pasta, and some fresh fish selections.
Chef Smailer makes sure that all of the food he prepares
is as fresh as the market allows and they are all a
culinary delight. These cuisines are appealing not only
to the eyes but the palate as well, starting at the

menu at Boulder Cork there is a dinning menu which
includes Cocktails with Cancun Cooler, Cork Cosmo,
Cantaloupe Martini, and more. As for the Appetizers
there is Shrimp Cocktail, Crab Cakes, Artichoke, Maine
Lobster Ravioli, and much more. There are salads,
sandwiches, and vegetables. For the Steaks and Chops
part of the menu there is Terryaki Sirloin, Cork's
Pride, Pepper Steak, New York Strip, Lamb Loin Chops,
Short ribs, Flatiron Steak, Steak Enchilada, Lobster
Tails, and many more choices. They have Prime Rib and as
for the dinner entrees there is Rocky Mountain Rainbow
Trout, Chicken Penne Pasta, Sea Scallops, Chicken
Enchiladas, Sake Salmon, Lobster Ravioli, King Crab, and
Grilled Salmon Salad.
The lunch
menu has many of the same entrees and cuisines such as
Steak Enchiladas, Penne Pasta, Crab cakes, Sake salmon,
Grilled Salmon Salad, and Fresh Trout. It also includes
Arugula and Prosciutto, Cafe Salad, Hearts of Romaine,
Spaghetti Pure and Simple, sandwiches, and many other
choices.

Wine Menu there is White Wines which include American,
German, French, Italian, and New Zealand wines. Under

07, sonoma Cutrer Russian River 06, Beringer Napa 06,
and many many more. As for the Red Wines there is
Merlot, other red varietals, Syrah & Shiraz, Magnums,
Zinfandel, French, Italian, and Australia. There is a
list for Cabernet Sauvignon wine and Pinot Noir
Verticals as well. Cant forget the Champagne & Sparkling
Wine and the Wines by the Glass. There are half
bottles available as well as dessert wines.
